Structure of the Earthlings
The structure of the Earthlings can be described as a decentralized system organized around autonomous groups called "cells" and a higher coordinating body — the NPO (Non-Profit Organization), responsible for strategic leadership. The main elements of this structure are:
1.Cells:
Cells are the primary organizational unit of the Earthlings and are divided into two types:
·Professional cells — groups formed based on the professional interests and skills of the participants. They focus on project development, innovation, and task execution within specific professional fields (e.g., technology, science, education).
·Project cells — temporary or permanent groups created to implement specific projects, which may include participants from different professional spheres.
2.Autonomy and self-governance:
The cells in the Earthlings project operate autonomously. They can independently choose development directions, make decisions on funding their projects, and interact with other cells. Each cell has the ability to participate in resource allocation and project management without direct interference from the NPO.
3.NPO (Non-Profit Organization):
The NPO is the higher coordinating body of the Earthlings project. It does not act as a central authority but serves as a platform for interaction between cells and participants. The main functions of the NPO include:

·Maintaining coordination between cells and providing necessary infrastructure.
·Engaging with international organizations and external partners.
·Ensuring the project’s legal foundation, legitimacy, and transparency.
4.Earthlings Digital Platform:
The global digital platform ensures interaction between all participants, facilitates voting, decision-making, and resource distribution. Blockchain technology guarantees transparency and trust in the processes, allowing participants to be confident in the outcomes of votes and decisions.
5.Earthlings Fund:
The Earthlings Fund is a financial mechanism that supports the development of the global Earthlings ecosystem. The core principles of the Fund's operation are:
·Funding source: 5% of the profit from each cell is directed to the Fund, ensuring a constant flow of resources for the implementation of strategic projects.
·Funding goals: The Fund's resources are allocated to:
· Supporting global initiatives of the Earthlings project.
· Developing the digital infrastructure necessary for participant interaction.
· Creating educational programs aimed at improving the professional skills of participants.
· Strengthening the project’s legal foundation and ensuring international recognition.
·Transparency: The Fund operates with full transparency, and the distribution of resources is monitored through the digital platform using blockchain technology.
·Global projects: The Fund supports large-scale strategic initiatives such as international campaigns on environmental and social issues, innovative technological projects, and other significant ventures.
6.Global network of participants:
Any person who signs the Declaration and agrees with the project’s principles can become a participant in the Earthlings. Each participant has the opportunity to join one or several cells, contribute to project development, and participate in decision-making through the digital platform.
