Justification for the Formation of the Earthlings Nation
When it comes to nations, the consciousness forms an image of people united by a common language, culture, and territory. Throughout history, the process of nation-building has been closely linked to the interaction of people at the local level — with neighbors, families, and local communities. However, unlike in past eras, the modern world represents a significantly more complex and interconnected system in which the borders that once divided nations are losing their meaning.
Planetary Identity: A New Foundation for Nation-Building
Globalization has led millions of people to travel between continents, work in international corporations, and participate in cultural and scientific exchanges. This expands their worldview and brings a sense of unity in the face of common challenges. People realize that many issues, such as climate change, technological disasters, inequality, and threats from technological progress, concern everyone, regardless of nationality or citizenship. These challenges require a global approach and collective solutions, laying the groundwork for the formation of a new nation — the Earthlings.
Unlike traditional nations, the Earthlings nation is not formed around geographical territory or ethnic identity but around shared values and goals. This is a new form of social association based on recognizing a common responsibility for the planet's future and life on it.

Legal Foundations for Creating a New Nation
From a legal standpoint, the creation of the Earthlings nation does not contradict international law. The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (1966) unequivocally states: "All peoples have the right to self-determination." This provision implies that peoples, consisting of individual citizens, have the right to determine their political and social structures, articulate their values, and choose their paths of development.
The UN Charter also supports this principle. Article 1 states that one of the aims of the UN is "to develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples." This confirms that international law does not prohibit the formation of new nations, provided they aspire to peaceful goals and respect the rights of other peoples and states.
Further justification is provided by the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (2007), which recognizes the right to maintain their culture, identity, and develop unique forms of social organization. In the context of the Earthlings nation, this means that the creation of such a community can be legitimate if it is based on shared cultural and practical ties that arise in response to global challenges.
The European Convention on Human Rights (1950) emphasizes the right of people to equality and freedom from discrimination. This creates a basis for uniting citizens from different countries within a new nation without obstacles.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) guarantees everyone the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. This right can be used by citizens to create a new nation that will represent their interests and values.

New Grounds for Nation-Building
Historically, nations were formed under conditions of territorial isolation and limited interaction. Today, the world is becoming increasingly interconnected. Information technologies allow people to exchange ideas and experiences in real-time, creating a foundation for the formation of a new community. People who previously did not know of each other's existence now discuss global issues on forums, participate in international conferences, and unite in movements for climate change, human rights, and social equality.
Global problems facing humanity, such as climate change, pandemics, and technological risks, require joint solutions. These solutions can only be developed through global cooperation and collective action. People are beginning to realize that their future is closely linked to the well-being of others, laying the groundwork for a new type of national identity — the Earthlings.

Practical Steps Toward Forming the Earthlings Nation
To create the Earthlings nation, it is essential to develop not only cultural but also practical connections between people. In the digital age, this has become easier than ever. Digital platforms can become the basis for forming new forms of interaction, allowing people from different countries to participate in joint projects, exchange ideas, and coordinate efforts to address global problems.
The Earthlings nation is formed based on specific initiatives, such as global environmental movements, human rights, or technological cooperation. These initiatives already exist and demonstrate the possibility of creating international communities with strong cultural and ideological ties.
Examples:
· Switzerland. Switzerland consists of four linguistic and cultural groups (German, French, Italian, and Romansh) that do not share a single ethnic identity but are united by a common political culture and civic values, such as neutrality, federalism, and democracy. This confirms that a nation can be formed around non-ethnic or linguistic characteristics but through shared values, as is the case with the Earthlings, whose cultural differences are united around global goals and solidarity.

· European Union. The European Union (EU) unites different nations with entirely different ethnic, linguistic, and cultural characteristics. However, its residents increasingly identify themselves as "Europeans" alongside their national identities. The EU is based on common values, such as human rights, democracy, and equality. Despite cultural diversity, shared goals and principles allow for the formation of a new form of identity.

· United States. The formation of the American nation occurred not on the basis of ethnic unity but through the unification of people around common ideals — freedom, equality, and the pursuit of a better life. This became possible due to the Declaration of Independence, which expressed the colonies' desire for self-determination. The Earthlings also build their identity on shared global values — combating climate change, inequality, and international threats, making them similar to the process of creating the American nation.

· USSR. In the Soviet Union, a new nation was created based on communist ideology. People from various ethnic groups united under common goals of building a socialist society. This confirms that a nation can be formed on the basis of ideology. The Earthlings have a similar mechanism — our community is formed through shared global goals and principles, such as environmental protection and combating inequality.

· India. The Indian nation was created on January 26, 1950, Republic Day, with the adoption of the Constitution of India.

· South Sudan. In 2011, South Sudan became an independent state. The new state united various ethnic groups into one nation.

·East Timor. In 2002, East Timor became an independent state and united various ethnic groups into one nation.

Legal Confirmation of the Creation of a New Nation
The creation of a new nation requires a clear action plan and legal formalization:
1. International Recognition: The Earthlings nation must be recognized by international organizations, such as the UN. To do this, it is necessary to apply to the relevant UN bodies for recognition, providing documents that confirm the goals and values of the Earthlings nation.

2. Legal Framework: Creation of a declaration or constitution that outlines the goals, principles, and structure of the new nation. This should be officially registered in one or several states to give it legal force.

3. Compliance with International Law: The Earthlings nation must adhere to international treaties and conventions, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and others.

4. Cooperation with States: It is necessary to establish diplomatic and economic relations with other states to ensure recognition and support.

5.Addressing Sovereignty Issues: The Earthlings nation should not threaten the sovereignty of existing states.
