PreambleWe, the people of planet Earth, unite into a new nation, which we call the Earthlings.
We recognize that humanity faces new global challenges and threats that require not only new solutions but also a change in worldview. For centuries, the world has struggled with wars, hunger, poverty, and inequality. Today, we must look at these problems more deeply and broadly, considering the latest technologies, and we proclaim this Declaration for the present and future generations.
International Recognition of EarthlingsThe recognition of the legal status of the Earthling people by international organizations and national governments is one of the key goals of our movement. We aim for the Earthling people to be recognized internationally as a new global community with its own rights and responsibilities, allowing us to effectively protect the interests of all members and interact with global institutions.
Rationale for the Importance of International Recognition:1.
Legitimization of StatusInternational recognition will give the Earthling movement legal and political legitimacy. This will help establish our status under international law, which is necessary for participation in global negotiations, establishing diplomatic relations, and integrating with various international processes such as human rights protection, peacekeeping, and sustainable development.
2.
Legal Protection and Rights of EarthlingsRecognition will allow the Earthling people to have protected legal frameworks, granting community members rights that can be recognized in different jurisdictions. This will create opportunities to represent our interests in international courts and organizations such as the UN or the International Court of Justice.
3.
Participation in Global GovernanceAs a people with international recognition, the Earthlings will be able to claim participation in global forums and organizations, which is essential for addressing issues such as climate change, global security, and technological risks. Our ability to participate in global governance will enable us to direct efforts to overcome global challenges based on solidarity and shared human interests.
4.
Creation of International Agreements and CooperationRecognition will allow us to enter into international agreements with governments and organizations, establishing legal and economic mechanisms to implement our projects and initiatives. This will also promote partnerships to achieve goals such as ecological stability and technological justice.
5.
Economic InteractionInternational recognition will enable the Earthling people to develop their economic system, based on an internal currency (for example, Earthling), and integrate into the global economy. Official status will create the conditions for our currency and economic model to be recognized in international transactions.
6.
Protection of Earthling Cultural Heritage and ValuesAs an internationally recognized people, the Earthlings will be able to protect their cultural values and way of life. This will strengthen our identity and allow us to defend it on international platforms such as UNESCO and other organizations dealing with cultural and social issues.
International recognition of the Earthlings as a people with legal status will open the door to wider participation in solving global problems, protecting the rights of community members, and building a new model of interaction between countries and the peoples of the planet.
Principles1.
Global Interconnectedness: We recognize that all people are interconnected with each other and with the planet. In today’s world, the actions of each individual can affect the lives of others, regardless of their location. Any threat to humanity is a shared problem that requires collective action.
2.
Responsibility for the Future: Each generation must be aware of its responsibility to future generations. Our duty is to leave the next era a world fit for life, with sustainable ecological, economic, and social systems.

5.
Equality and Solidarity: There should be no division of people based on origin, race, gender, religion, or political views. The entire planet is one people, united by a common destiny.
