The Earthling SBT Passport is a non-transferable digital token (Soulbound Token) ...issued to each member of the Earthlings people after they sign the Declaration and complete biometric verification. The passport cryptographically confirms that you belong to a transnational people and is stored on the blockchain as a unique, cryptographically forgery-resistant digital document.

Unlike traditional state passports that are tied to territory and confirm citizenship, the Earthling SBT Passport confirms belonging to a people united by shared values - justice, freedom, and the dignity of every person. The passport cannot be transferred to another person, sold, or alienated.

Non-Transferability

The SBT passport is bound to your blockchain wallet; the uniqueness of the person was confirmed at issuance. It is non-transferable and non-sellable by design (soulbound), and forging it is cryptographically extremely difficult. This confirms the authenticity of each earthling and protects the people from falsification.

Cryptographic Protection

The passport is protected by modern cryptographic methods and stored in a distributed blockchain network. The data is extremely difficult to forge or destroy, which ensures the high longevity and reliability of the document.

Equality of Participants

Legal Limitations

TERMINATION

Passport Termination

The Earthling SBT Passport ceases to be valid in three cases:

Voluntary Exit

An Earthling has the right to decide at any time to leave the Earthlings people. This is a personal decision that requires no explanation and carries no negative consequences.

Invalid Issuance

If a passport was issued in error, the operator annuls the issuance and reissues it. This is the only case in which burning happens other than by the holder's own will, and it does not end their belonging to the people.

Owner's Death

The passport ceases to be valid upon the owner's death. The SBT passport is not inheritable and cannot be transferred to another person.

Principle of inalienability: No one can be deprived of an SBT passport by force. When restrictive measures are applied, the passport is preserved, but certain related rights may be temporarily suspended. Procedures for voluntary exit and limitation of powers are determined by the Earthlings Charter.

Technical Implementation

Passport termination is performed through the burn function of the smart contract
Re-entry to the Earthlings people requires completing the full verification procedure and obtaining a new SBT passport
The passport data is erased from the contract's live registry; in the immutable history of the blockchain there remains only a pseudonymous record that the passport existed and was burned
There are no real personal data on the blockchain, and the link between the record and the person is severed
